Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hampy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the app

Hampy is a packing list and checklist application for personal use. You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse shared-list invite codes to access lists without permission.

3. Your data

Personal lists are stored locally on your device unless you enable optional cloud backup or participate in a live shared list. You are responsible for keeping backup codes safe and for who you share invite links with.

4. Live shared lists

Hosting a live shared list requires an active Hampy Supporter subscription. Joining lists hosted by others is free. Shared content is visible to anyone with the invite code. Do not share invite links publicly if your list contains sensitive information.

5. In-app purchases

Hampy offers optional purchases including Supporter and premium features. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted sync, error-free operation, or accuracy of third-party weather data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including forgotten items, missed connections, or data loss when backups were not maintained.

8. Termination

We may suspend access to cloud features if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates may be communicated in the App.
